Users may collect their reimbursement at the Department of Media and Communication of the University of Vienna, Währinger Straße 29, 1090 Wien, on two potential dates for appointments within the end of July 2023. The first date for collecting the money will be July 27th 2023. The users will be informed about these dates when contacted about receiving the award. The reimbursement for the participation award can only be collected in person by the registered person. It is not possible to send another authorized person.
